In my yoga classes, we focus on cultivating awareness and presence through movement, breath, and mindful attention. Each session is an opportunity to tune in to your body, notice what it’s trying to communicate, and create space for healing and growth.

Whether you’re seeking to release tension, improve mobility, or reconnect with your deeper self and soul’s wisdom, yoga offers a pathway to feel more aligned, centered, and at peace. My approach is gentle yet powerful—designed to help you move with greater ease, both physically and emotionally.

Yoga is not about perfection; it’s about being with what is. It’s about reconnecting with your body, your breath, and your soul’s wisdom.
