My name is Nora, and I’m happy you’re here. I don’t believe in coincidences!

We all hold a great resevoir of love, energy and wellbeing within ourselves. I’m sure you intuitively know this, otherwise you wouldn’t be here, looking for tools to find it. We all deserve to feel connected to our bodies and to our being, although sometimes it can seem to be hard to access it.

I can relate, because years ago I sat in that same place – looking for a deeper connection to myself, to my body and to life. It was like I felt depths, peace and strengths within myself that I could sense, but seemed to be out of reach.

Yoga, meditation and energy work  helps with exactly that: it connects you back to yourself. It helps you remember who you are, and it brings love, healing and intimicy to your body, your breath, your soul and your most powerful ally: your heart.

I’ve done things in my life that weren’t so great for my body, mind and soul. But wo hasn’t? Life is a journey of exploring and (un)learning, and yoga helped me to see and experience myself in a whole new way. Do you want to see what it can do for you?
