I’m so glad you found your way here.

I’m a guide, a believer in gentleness, and someone who’s walked through shadows and found a way back home.

I used to struggle with disconnection — with my body, with my mind, with my light. But when I stopped trying to “fix” and started feeling, grounding, breathing, and truly inhabiting my body… things changed. Slowly. Tenderly. Real.

Now I’m here — to walk alongside you. With honesty, curiosity, compassion, and a bit of heart-led humor.
