I guide sensitive souls back into connection with themselves — their body, heart, and inner wisdom.

My own path has been one of deep sensitivity, spiritual awakening, and personal loss. Through that journey, I discovered how tender and powerful the human heart can be, and how transformation is possible when it feels safe and held.

In my work, you’ll find rest, warmth, and a space without judgment.
And from that place of safety, a deep inner connection can open up, and transformation can unfold. Old patterns soften, confidence grows, and you reconnect with your joy, your power, and your presence.

I weave together healing, embodiment, intuitive movement and yoga to create a supportive space where you can rest, reconnect with yourself, and gently open into your fullest expression.
