My name is Nora, and I’m happy you are here. I don’t believe in coincidences.

Ten or more years ago I sat where you might be sitting now – maybe you too are wondering what yoga and spiritual thoughts are all about and how they can impact your life every single day. Or maybe you already know, and want to deepen your connection.

I believe a yoga and meditation practice connects you back to yourself. To your body, your breath, your soul and your most powerful ally: your heart.

I’ve done things in my life that weren’t so great for my body, mind and soul. But wo hasn’t? Life is a journey of exploring and learning, and yoga helped me to see and experience myself in a whole new way. Wanna see what it can do for you?
